If you are unsatisfied with your order, we encourage you to reach out and follow the return/exchange policies outlined below, in order to guarantee you feel comfortable and confident in your TRAVIS TADDEO garment. To be eligible for exchanges and returns, email us here within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. Kindly wait for our reply, approving the return, before shipping the items. Returns requested after the 5 days are only eligible for store credit. Orders over $50 within the USA have complimentary standard shipping and return. A return label will be sent upon request. Merchandise sold at a discount of 20% and over are eligible for store credit or exchange, refunds do not apply to such discounted items.
In order for the TRAVIS TADDEO team to accept a returned item, it must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging. Pieces that appear to have been worn, that are stained (i.e. deodorant or makeup), and have odors, will not be approved for exchange, store credit, or refund, and will be shipped back to the client.
The original cost of shipping will not be refunded on returned orders. Orders outside of the USA are responsible for the cost of the return of shipping.
We are pleased to inform you that merchandise in original condition accompanied by proof of purchase may be returned within 7 days for a store credit or exchange.
Please be advised that all discounted, custom orders, pre-orders, and altered garments are final sales not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that all customer orders that are not being shipped will be held in store 6 weeks after a TT team member reaches out to the client for pick-up. If the client does not pick up within that time frame, the garment will become company property. All deposits are final and non-refundable.
Order Processing and Delivery:
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order receipt. Please note that orders placed after 6 pm on a weekday will be considered an order made on the next business day. In addition, orders placed Friday after 12 pm will begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping Rates and Transit times:
USA Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50 | $10 for orders under $50 | 2 – 10 business days
Canada Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $100 | $15 for orders below $100 | 3-10 business days
International: Free expedited shipping for orders over $400. For orders below $400, the shipping fee is $40 (2-10 days delivery).
North America Expedited Shipping: $15 | 2 - 4 business days
Import Tax and Duty
The recipient is responsible for paying all customs, clearance-related duty, and import tax at the time of delivery.
