Online Orders:
To be eligible for exchanges and returns, email us here within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. Kindly wait for our reply, approving the return, before shipping the items. Orders over $50 within the USA have complimentary standard shipping and return. A return label will be sent upon request. Merchandise sold at a discount of 20% and over are eligible for store credit or exchange, refunds do not apply to such discounted items.
In order for the TRAVIS TADDEO team to accept a returned item, it must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging. Pieces that appear to have been worn, that are stained (i.e. deodorant or makeup), and have odors, will not be approved for exchange, store credit, or refund, and will be shipped back to the client. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded on returned orders. Orders outside of the USA are responsible for the cost of the return of shipping.
In-Store:
We are pleased to inform you that merchandise in original condition accompanied by proof of purchase may be returned within 7 days for a store credit or exchange.
Please be advised that all discounted, pre-orders, custom orders, and altered garments are final sales not eligible for return or exchange for online or in-store orders.
